Who we are

studiomarbella.co.za is operated by The Big Co (Pty) Ltd, trading as Studio Marbella. Questions about these terms go to enquiries@studiomarbella.co.za.

Products

Marble is natural stone. Veining, tone and pattern vary from slab to slab, so each piece differs from the photography and from every other piece. That variation is the point, not a fault.

Dimensions and weights are stated on each product page; small variances are inherent to hand-finished stone.

Orders and prices

Prices are in South African rand. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email; payment is processed at checkout through Shopify. If a piece is unavailable after you order, we’ll refund you in full.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law that can’t be limited by agreement.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
