Delivery

We deliver across South Africa by courier. Orders over R1,500 ship free; below that, the delivery rate is shown at checkout.

Dispatched in 3–5 working days, packaged for stone.

Packaging

Stone travels heavy. Every piece ships in rigid packaging made for marble, sized and padded to arrive whole.

Returns

If a piece isn’t right, write to us at enquiries@studiomarbella.co.za within 14 days of delivery. Unused pieces in their original packaging can be returned for a refund or an exchange; we’ll arrange the return delivery with you.

If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll put it right.

Engraved and commissioned pieces can’t be returned unless faulty.
